In my courses all exercises are conducted via e-tutorials. Here cooperative learning and independent information-gathering receive too little attention. The puzzle method is suitable for addressing this deficit.

Abstract

In my courses all exercises are conducted via e-tutorials. Here cooperative learning and independent information-gathering receive too little attention. The puzzle method is suitable for addressing this deficit. Because my courses are attended by around 200 students making puzzles requires online help. In this project we would find a suitable platform (environment), configure it and perhaps extend it with our own elements such that “Large Puzzles” can be conducted. Further themes for re-using these Large Puzzles are also planned.
